I'm praying for you today...

“I pray that the God of HOPE would FILL YOU with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13)

Every painful experience I have had in my life has brought me closer to God’s love and goodness for me. It took a while for me to realize that this was why God would allow certain things into my life. The realization was solidified by understanding that God was for me and everything that He allowed to pass into my life was for my benefit and His glory.

A powerful story of One Woman's path to transformation

Pamela

In April and May of this year I took a trip of a lifetime to Africa. In more ways than one I learned way more about myself than I thought possible. It's inevitable when you open your heart and life up to others - you become the one who is blessed.

Our comparisons are missing the chosen mark of becoming like God. The failures, the missteps, the unbelief, the fear… these bring condemnation. The gift of God’s grace, ah… now that’s different. It reveals what is already there. It’s much more than we deserve. It’s much more than we expect. It’s much more than we believe. It’s much more than we appropriate. God’s much more releases fulfillment, abundant provision, grace, righteousness, glory and the ability to reign in this life.

The thread is God is Good, God is faithful, God is reigning, God is extravagant, God is merciful, God is forgiving, God is loving, God is penetrating and powerful… and God Works!

God is a genius!
We live as if He’s not sometimes and worse yet, we live as if we don’t know this. What would happen if we launched out of 2012 by saying what we mean and meaning what we say?

Read the scripture below:

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” - Proverbs 18:21

A lot of us are tired and worn out. We don't like the steady diet of negativity or the constant drip of same old' - same old'.
Proverbs says 'we eat the fruit we love.' And, that the fruit we're eating is cultivated out of what we speak every day.

What if the very thing that has created dysfunction and collapse in each of us personally is the hinge point to create fulfillment and blessing as well? What if we dealt with the lies associated with what we’ve done and had done to us – so that the truth about who we are could manifest?
