Patrick 'Paddy' McBane

Founder / Executive Director

Patrick is the Founder and Executive Director of Marketplace Solutions - (2006) a Non-profit which has been equipping leaders to bring transformation to their sphere of influence with a foundation in biblical truth and application. MPS is a true expression of the calling on my life. Coming alongside leaders in a way that transforms lives and fulfills purpose is what I do. Since 2013 we have expanded our ministry work Internationally. We are now developing emerging leaders in countries like Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, India, and the Philippines.

Eugene Calabria

Board of Directors

Former CEO / President of GBS Corp. in North Canton, Ohio. Eugene brings a powerful blend of marketplace expertise, leadership, and a servant heart to see the Kingdom of God advance and flourish in the lives of others. He is a founding member of the MPS Board along with his wife Carol. "What Pat, and MPS does with and for leaders around the world was done for us at GBS Corp. first. The impact of MPS on GBS is too broad and profound to describe, however business impact has been improved productivity, employee retention, camaraderie, and a commitment to excellence.

Tim Figley

Board of Directors

Tim is passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals and provides a unique skillset to helping others succeed. While Tim's combined experience, background, and certifications provide a breadth of capability, he specializes in facilitating strategic planning, mediation, and leadership development. Tim holds a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership and an MBA from Bakke University and has many certifications, including Strategic Planning Facilitation, Mediation, Professional Coaching, Team Development, and Executive Coaching. He has been a board member for MPS since 2018.

Leslie McBane

Board of Directors

Leslie is a 40 year Educator with a specialization in Early Childhood Development and Reading. She is a sought after speaker / practitioner in Reading Recovery, and has shared her expertise with audiences from around the world. She is married to Patrick and they have two daughters and five grandchildren. She has been a founder / board member of MPS along with Patrick since 2006.

Ford Taylor

TL Founder / Partner / Advisory Board

Ford Taylor is the founder of FSH Strategy Consultants and Transformational Leadership. He is the author of Relactional Leadership and helps MPS direct the charitable international efforts to provide Transformational Leadership to emerging countries worldwide. He is a leadership solutions trainer, strategist and speaker. With a primary emphasis on the people that serve an organization while simultaneously maintaining a clear focus of the business or organization itself. Ford shares straight-forward practical solutions through authentic leadership training and individualized leadership consulting. Ford and his wife - Sandra, live in the United States of America. They are the parents of three daughters and a grandson.

Matthew C. Chittum

TL Implementor - Global, Advisory Board

Matt is a certified Facilitator and Lead Trainer of Transformational Leadership. With 20+ years of experience working with individuals and organizations both domestically and globally, he serves as a “continuous learner” committed to elevating influence and encouraging growth personally and professionally. Matt also teaches graduate classes and holds a Doctorate in Intercultural Studies. The time with his students is oriented around improving communication, relationships, and growth. Always pursuing ways to build stronger families, teams, and organizations, Matt sees great potential and possibilities in today’s globalized world. Matt and his wife Charity have been married for 25 years and have a son named Nathan.

Dion & Naty Peachey

TL Implementers - Latin America, TL Coordinators Spanish Language

Dion and Naty Peachey have been developing as transformational leaders ever since they first took their first online TL training in early 2016. Their marriage, family and workplaces haven't been the same since they have applied TL tools to move towards change and deepen their relationships with others. Dion and Naty facilitate TLOD cohorts online and lead in person TL training in English and Spanish. Their vision for TL is to multiply transformational leaders in Latin America who will become agents of transformation around the world. They have led Spanish TL trainings in Costa Rica and Ecuador, and they hope to develop a team that will keep training leaders throughout Latin America.

Ellen M. Cathers

TL Implementor - Kenya

Trained as an educator. Ellen spent 17 years with The Limited in distribution. She eventually opened her own logistics company and eventually sold the company after thirteen years to focus on a life passion of international missions. Life really began in 1999 when saved by the grace of God. The love of Christ has nurtured a servant’s heart to an outpouring of service and love to others. After six years with Transformational Leadership the skills developed in building relationships has been critical in the role of connecting people. Her true joy is in sharing the love of Jesus in as many ways and places as she can.

Bertram Davids

Facilitator of Transformational Leadership South Africa

Bertram Davids is a Facilitator of Transformational Leadership who heads up the Unashamedly Ethical Business Membership. He incorporates TL tools within his circles of influence, working towards the motto of TRANSFORMING NATIONS | TRANSFORMING LEADERS. The overarching goal is to transform leaders and nations by promoting ethics and moral values, making ethical behavior the norm across all spheres of society. Bertram's background and experiences span transformative teaching, sales, and ministry. Bertram resides in Cape Town, South Africa, with his wife Chrystal, he is a father to one son and two daughters. These tools successfully bridge the gap between relational and transactional aspects, aiming for a more Relactional approach.

Timothy O Olonade, PhD

President & CEO El-Rehoboth Global Leadership Foundation Jos, Nigeria - TL Partner

Reverend Canon Timothy O. Olonade is an ardent follower of Jesus, a Bible Teacher, Pastor, Author, husband, and father. Known for his teaching, writing, and preaching on the power and relevance of God’s word in all cultures at all times. Timothy Olonade is the founder of El-Rehoboth Global Leadership Foundation and the M2414 Initiative for Final Harvest. EGLF was birthed to give attention to Frontier Mission Mobilization and Leadership Development and Mentoring initiatives to mobilize, train and release a missionary force in and from the global south. He is a TL Partner in Nigeria and uses the TL tools to fulfill their current global mission. Timothy holds a PhD in Intercultural Studies. He is a Canon in the Anglican Communion, Jos Diocese where he lives with his wife, Hannah, a fellow missionary who lives and raises their adult children.

Heglon Kitawi Ph.D.

TL Trainer / Nairobi, Kenya

Heglon Kitawi has spent a cumulative twenty years working in the local Church and also in Christian Humanitarian work. He has been involved in training and capacity building among local communities in the different programs set up to enhance the capacity of the local Church in serving the vulnerable. He holds a Ph.D. in Theology of World Christianity. Currently, he serves as Director: The Leadership Center which is part of the International Leadership University-ILU-Nairobi. Kitawi is a trained facilitator of Transformational Leadership Training. He has been organizing training sessions since 2017. He lives in Nairobi together with his Wife Njambi and their three boys.

Alice Wainaina

LEEDS Consulting / TL Trainer

Alice is a transformational and organizational development consultant with over 30 years’ experience. Alice has rendered services to mostly Christian non-profit organizations and churches working with communities to strengthen local transformational development response. Alice is a co-founder of LEEDS Consulting, a company committed to inspire life giving relationships and currently serves as an Executive Director. She is a certified Transformational Leadership (TL) Facilitator. TL and Journey of Generosity (JOG) are flagship programs for LEEDS Consulting. We grow high performing teams through teaching, training, and equipping, while empowering high performing individuals with healthy relationship skills. TL tagline “Removing constraints, equipping leaders, empowering people” best captures this. The TL impact includes over 300 university students, church leaders and Christian non-profit leaders drawn from over 50 organizations. Alice is married to John Njuguna and they have three young adult children and reside in Nairobi, Kenya. Alice has a Master’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. She is the current Vice Chair, Kenya Christian Professionals Forum (KCPF) and has served for five years.

Enock Ndungu

TL Coordinator / Facilitator Kigali, Rwanda

Enock Ndungu, PMP®, is a versatile and a dedicated coach and Project Management Professional, showcasing expertise in diverse sectors, including HIV prevention, biodiversity conservation, circular economy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. As the Transformational Leadership Course Facilitator at LEEDS Consulting & FSH since 2020, Enock cultivates relactional leadership skills, and is fostering transformative spaces in individuals and organizations. He serves as the Regional Representative – East Africa at the African Council for Accreditation and Accountability (AfCAA) since 2023, he actively contributes to strategic planning, continuous development, and accreditation processes, shaping standards in Christian organizations. In his role as Project Manager at Wastezon-Rwanda, (circular economic startup), Enock excels in risk assessment, project scope definition, and business analysis. With a commitment to empowering Community-Based Organizations, he enhances infrastructure and executes strategic capacity-building initiatives for sustainable growth. He is a certified TL Facilitator and Rwanda TL Coordinator in partnership with MPS. Enock is married and has a son and resides in Kigali, Rwanda.

Valentine Gitoho

FCA (ICAEW), FCPA(K), CPS (K), MBA, BCom TL Trainer - Nairobi, Kenya

Valentine has over 40 years’ experience in various positions as a financial and management professional in executive management and consulting in profits and nonprofits in Africa and Asia. She has worked with Price Waterhouse, the World Bank, and the World Council of Churches amongst other organizations. She has over 25 years of board experience serving on both profit and not for profit Boards internationally and locally in corporate finance and microfinance, health and agricultural services, professional membership organizations and University, Christian nonprofits, and the Church amongst others. Her passion is in organizational discipleship, specifically in accountability, sustainability, and good stewardship with integrity. She is a Founder and Director of three organizations that provide these services. One being LEEDS Consulting (www.leedsconsulting.com), where they influence the marketplace, youth, and politicians since 2018 by providing physical and online transformational leadership training (relactional) based on Biblical principles through a licensed training TL On Demand (www.tlondemand.com). We have done this in Kenya and Rwanda, equipping our participants with tools that help us deal with our blind spots so that we can be impactful relactional bridge builders for Christ. She is currently a member of the Board of Global Trust Partners; Advisor of the Christian Economic Forum and Ziwani Advisory Panel, and an International Facilitator of Haggai International. She is a Lay Reader at the All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi and is involved in various ministries at the Cathedral. Valentine is married to James. Their daughter and son are married to wonderful spouses. They have three grandchildren.
